Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm, by appointment only.
Messages received outside of these hours will be answered on the next business day.
2. What is the address for pick-up?
One mile off I-65 & Worthsville Road exit 97.
The exact address will be on the emailed invoice & receipt.
The address is not publicized for security reasons.
3. When is the best time to place an order?
One month before the event is best.
4. How long will the cookies last?
Cookies are best eaten within 1-2 weeks.
They are good up to 4 weeks, but the icing will be harder during the 3-4 week mark.
All cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed to preserve freshness.
5. How many cookies can be ordered?
Cookies are sold by the dozen.
Two dozen minimum per order.
6. What size are the cookies?
Standard size cookies are about 3-4" on their longest side.
Mini size cookies are about 2" on their longest side.
Minis are only available during holiday pre-sales.
7. Are there discounts on larger orders?
No, as each cookie takes the same amount of time to decorate.
8. What ingredients are in the cookies?
Sugar, powdered sugar, butter, flour, eggs, vanilla bean paste, corn syrup, baking powder, and baking soda. Food coloring is Americolor, Chefmaster, and The Sugar Art.
If a special food coloring is required, the client is responsible for providing this to the baker.
9. How long does it take to complete one dozen?
I take pride in creating unique one-of-a-kind sets for my customers.
One dozen can take up to 5 hours from creating your design to packaging.
10. Are the recipes for sale?
No.
However, recipes (with credits) are provided as part of the student handouts at Cookie Decorating Events.
