Upon receipt of a quote, the requested order date will be held for 24 hours. After 24 hours, a quote will remain the same price; however, the date will become available again.
Freshness and Quality
All cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed for quality control and assurance. Cookies are best eaten or frozen within 2-3 weeks. When freezing cookies, leave them in the heat-sealed bags and place the cookies on their sides in a plastic container. To defrost, set the container on the counter and wait for the cookies to come to room temperature before opening the lid. By opening the lid before they come to room temperature, condensation will form on the cookie bags, and the colors/design may bleed. The night before the event is the perfect time to take them out of the freezer. The container will be ready to open in the morning. Cookies can be frozen up to 6 months.
Gift Packaging
For $10 per dozen, each cookie is packaged with a bow and a tag.
Booking
Upon confirmation of booking, an invoice will be sent to your inbox. A $50 deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, to secure the date. After 24 hours, the date will become available again. The remaining balance is due 1 week before pick-up. The invoicing program will automatically send reminders as this date approaches.
Full payment must be received before I begin working on your order.

If you cannot make your scheduled time, please notify us to schedule a new time, or porch pickup. Most of the time we can accommodate late arrivals; however, please be advised that sometimes we may have other commitments and may not be able to accommodate waiting past 15 minutes.

A 72 hours notice is required to change the pickup time of an order, as each order is entered into a production line with other orders and we cannot always rush an order last minute.
